Our firm provided design development and construction documents for all site improvements for a 1000 foot corporate parkway that provided essential circulation for an industrial park. This process included coordination with both the Public Works and Transportation Engineering staff at the City of Springfield. Conceptual grading and layout of pedestrian amenities, including lighting, were also provided to aid the implementation of the design. The parkway includes three landscaped roundabouts with pedestrian circulation and fully irrigated perimeter landscaping.
