Our firm assisted the design team with Master Planning. We lead the design team efforts to incorporate complete stormwater drainage from buildings, pavement, and landscape areas to a system of open, vegetated bioswales and associated stormwater detention basins. The stormwater-driven landscape became a signature piece of the facility’s aesthetic concept and was accomplished using largely native and native analogue plant materials. CMcGS provided the master grading plan, and specific grading and details for construction of all landscape, stormwater bioswale, and pedestrian areas of the facilities.
