As a consultant to the City of Eugene, CMGS provided the streetscape design and construction documents (both hardscape and softscape) for this public/private urban mixed-use development.  Building uses include retail, office and restaurant at street level, structured parking below grade, and residential above.  Street features include a raised midblock plaza/courtyard, decorative paving, ornamental pedestrian lights, bicycle parking, custom bollards, landscape incorporating many native plants, and the integration of flora and fauna artwork.
