Conceptual designs that include all site improvements for a two-block section in downtown Medford.  The designs incorporate traffic calming devices, pedestrian friendly crossings and gathering spaces, decorative paving, and site furniture.  CMGS’ work includes comprehensive design and construction documents for irrigation and planting.
